Error 1723 There Problem Windows Installer Package Java

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS WINDOWS INSTALLER PACKAGE. Ban the use of Java. Problem solved. I am running windows 7, trying to install the latest version of Java. Installation fails, I get the following error message: Error 1723. There is a problem.

First I tried to remove it through Add/Remove Programs on Windows, then I just deleted folders, but program didn't disappear. On contrary, I started to receive error displayed on image below.
